It is close to everything, allowing easy access to Serdika, churches, synagogue, mosque, Vitoshka St the apartment is beautifully decorated and fully equipped, with a comfortable bed, good shower, and a beautiful kitchen and living room. there is private parking available for those traveling by car.

There is an old elevator in the building, which may not be suitable for those who are not physically fit.
